I am aware that Jessica Campana of 720wellness and the LCD Method Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Buccal Facial course is not a licensed school, not providing CE, continuing education provider, and not approved to provide CE CREDITS for this course in alignment with any other schools, and that the certification provided can not be used to obtain a license or renew a license.
CONFIDENTIAL OBLIGATIONS
All training manuals, lessons and teachings must be kept confidential and will remain the exclusive property of 720wellness and THE LCD METHOD and will not only be used by the students for the permitted purpose. The student will not use confidential information for any purpose that might be directly or indirectly detrimential to 720wellness and THE LCD METHOD. The obligations to ensure and protect the confidentiality of the information gained by the student in this agreement and any obligations to provide notice under this agreement will survive expiration, and those obligations will last indefinitely. Anything learned, any information, or any knowledge taken from this course is only for signer of this agreement and cannot be taught or put to use by anyone other than the student.
NON COMPETITION
Without written consent of 720wellness and THE LCD METHOD The students will not from the date of purchase, ever be directly or indirectly involved with any other business which is in competition with the business line of 720wellness and THE LCD METHOD and use the the things taught during this course for monetary gain. If the student wishes they can take what they've learned and use for personal gain but must charge a minimal of $150 per session, and must associate 720wellness and THE LCD METHOD every time the training is used or promoted. It is forbidden for students to teach this technique to others. This agreement will be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees as the case may be of both 720wellness and THE LCD METHOD and the students.
ASSISTANCE
After training 720wellness will be available at no end date to assist with questions, or concerns, the training purchase has no expiry and will have lifetime access.
